Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra | 5 Week Series

Spend 5 weeks cultivating a calm body and mind.

30 minutes of class will be dedicated to slow movement with long holds followed by pranayama and yoga nidra.

Registration for the series is recommended to deepen the experience over a period of time.

Each class builds on the next.
